A stunning morning topped off with the presence of a great white shark!! We headed out to the shallows this morning with great anticipation of seeing a great white today, and having geared up into our wetsuits, we waited half an hour and then behind the boat a great white was spotted. He seemed to like the side without the cage cruising very close to the side of the boat checking out the underside of Slashfin. As he made a few distant passes he seemed to gain some confidence. He gradually got closer and closer and finally our cage divers got a couple of wonderful glimpses of this 3m guy. He came and went during the trip gaining more and more curiosity towards the decoy line in the water. We got our divers through the cages today and everyone managed to get their eyes on this mighty beast. Although we only had one shark today he outdid himself and hopefully we can start to put the last few weeks behind us. We are even more eager to get out tomorrow and see if this guy has any more of his sharky friends joining the party in the shallows!
