A special trip out for Wilderness Safaris this afternoon took us to Joubertsdam to see the sharks in the shallows…

This male must have been close to 5 meters in length, was girthy and was definitely keen on our bait!! He passed close by the cage (which was dawarfed by him), opened his jaws wide and circled over and over. This was an awesome trip…!

Just one word to describe today – wow! We started slow, only one shark for the first hour or so… and then things picked up…
