Water temperature: Moderate

Visibility: Moderate

Location: Joubertsdam

Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tailed stingray and a Cape fur seal

Started off with our beautiful Bronze whalers

Can you spot a nictitating membrane? Check the eye – it is there to protect their vision

Coming nice and close so everyone can enjoy them: in the cage and on the boat

Dentist check up?

So agile and beautiful, they definitely gave us a show!

Happy divers not caring about the cold ocean

It’s time to go in!

And finally we got our first since the lockdown Short tailed stingray

It’s difficult not to smile back when sharks are smiling at you

Cruising parallel to each other – beautiful sight

And of course our Cape Fur Seal – and it’s triple S for us today!

Nice and dry – it is time to head back!

Nothing is better than a boat ride along the beach

Shaaaaaark! And Seaaaals! and a Stingraaay!
